We will forward your domain inquiry to the owner

We would also like to point out that offers below 1000€ are unfortunately often not considered by the domain owners we work with.

FAQ domain name offers

1. What happens after I placed an offer?

When you make an offer on a domain, the seller has several options available:

  • Accept the offer: If the seller accepts your offer, will contact you and inform you about the next steps, so the domain can be transfered.
  • Place a counter-offer: If the seller counter-offers, you will receive an email notification from us.
  • There could be a number of reasons why a domain seller might ignore your offer. Some possibilities could include:

    • The seller is not interested in selling the domain for the price you offered.
    • The seller has already received a higher offer from another buyer.
    • The seller has not yet responded to any offers and is still considering their options.
  • 2. Is buying a domain via safe?

We've partnered with all major trustees like that offer highly secure payments, to bring you the best possible payment experience.

Our Buyer Protection Program automatically covers you when you purchase a domain name. Here's how it works:

    1. You buy, rent, or lease the domain name. Once the seller accepts your offer or you complete the purchase, the domain is about to be yours.
    2. We facilitate the transfer from the seller to you. After securing your payment, we request the domain owner to transfer the domain name to us. Then we send you customized transfer instructions and assist you with the process of obtaining the domain.
    3. After the transfer, we pay the seller. Once the domain is officially in your possession, we pay the seller. There are no fees for buyers. The seller pays for our commission to handle the ownership transfer. If you need assistance after completing your purchase, we are here to help at no additional cost.
